Defying Gravity

Images of broken light, which  Dance before me like a million eyes, They call me on and on across the universe. At first it sounded a bit sad, but when you saw the joy in his eyes and heard the excitement in his voice, any hint of sadness was washed away and replaced with a broad smile.
